Great Nail Services!

Posted by pinkbutterfly83 on 3/20/2009

This salon was very nice. I had a mani/pedi from Tricia and she was wonderful. My nails and toes looked awesome and I will go back! The rest of the staff was very polite as well. Go there!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I was a first-time client when I called to get my hair cut. I told the receptionist (who was extremely helpful and friendly) that I wanted to cut my shoulder-length hair considerably shorter. I asked for her recommendation and she suggested Carol. I could not be happier! First of all, Carol is very easy to talk to, and I enjoyed my time in her chair. I took in two pictures and showed her what I wanted. She gave me an EXACT REPLICA of the picture - I kid you not!! I've gotten compliments on my hair daily since then. I have found a stylist for life!!

Great Salon

This is a great salon. I moved out of state 11 years ago, and return 2 years ago. I spent 2 frustrating agonizing years at a local chain that had horrendous customer service, high turnover and poorly trained stylists after my return to MN. I was delighted that the same stylist I had 11 years ago was still at this salon.

Great Experience

I agree! I have had great service from Eclipse. Everyone has a bad day. I'm sure if you would have brought it to the manager's or stylist's attention they would have corrected the problem. They can't fix what they don't know about. I always make sure they know what I want. I would recommend this place

A quality salon

I have been going to Eclipse for almost 20 yrs. and would not go anywhere else. I've never left unhappy and have tried several stylist and spa workers. The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. I get the sense that the ppl that work there really enjoy it and get along. I've had everything from cuts and foils done to facials and massages and always leave refreshed and anxious to return. Eclipse is definately worth trying. And in response to the other reviewer that said she waited so long....I don't know what happened that day, but I've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for my appointment and they have even been nice enough to call me on one occasion to let me know my stylist was running behind 20 minutes and so I could come in a bit later. This was nice as I was at a friends house and was able to stay longer instead of waiting in the lounge area. I also happen to know because I've gone there for so long that the city limits what signage they are able to use, it is not the choice of the owner, but rather a city ordinance that prevents this. Just thought I'd add that.
