Landmark Center is a beautiful Romanesque style building, first used for government offices and now a community center focusing on the performing and visual arts. The building holds many of the region's small arts companies, like the TRACES Center for History and Culture, the Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists and the Ramsey County Historical Society, many of which have small display museums or offer various cultural events. The national historic landmark building is located in downtown Saint Paul next to Rice Park, near the Xcel Energy Center.
