Situated directly beside Como Zoo, the Marjorie McNeely Conservatory is an affiliated educational destination, focusing on plants from around the world. The conservatory includes both indoor and outdoor facilities, with special climate-controlled garden areas like the Orchid House and Bonsai Gallery containing exotic plants. Outside, the Enchanted Garden has a focus on plants native to Minnesota while the Japanese Garden celebrates the traditional form and function of a garden from the country of islands. Located within Como Park, the conservatory is close to the zoo, a fun carousel ride, outdoor recreation areas and Lake Como.
